Oh Snow...just get gone and GO!

I have been itching to get out and get some mileage in. Because of the weather I have been going a little stir crazy. I love being outside but it has been so cold or snowy or icy that I can't take the P-nutt out for too long. Not to mention the fact that due to the amounts of snow over here the sidewalks are NON-existent. Yak-i-trax or not I have to be careful in my A)Wobb-ley state and B)It isn't smart to be out in the dark which is what I normally would be doing (getting out early am or evening)if there were some sidewalks to walk on. I am going Nutty! Nutty I tell you!

This weekend we took Shelbz to her first iceskating lesson. I was so proud to see her out there on the ice. I remember my first time getting out on a pair of skates and it was thrilling and frustrating and scary all at once. I know that she'll be a little pro in no time. Maybe one day she'll be out there teaching her sisters and cheering them on when they fall on their little butts! :) We went took the girls to a hockey game on Saturday night and it was sooo much fun. Unfortunately P-nutt came down with a little bug/fever for the rest of the weekend so we couldn't take Daddy out for a celebratory cake.

Wishing all a good week on this crazy Wednesday! Hopefully I can catch a breath of fresh air and get in a mile or two tomm. WML!
