Our camping trip last week was so much fun and P-nutt loved being outside all day and she slept really good throughout the night. I slept really good too....all the fresh air and running around had us going to bed by 8:30 or 9:00 every night and thats early for us. I am just getting used to sleeping through the night again after 14/15 months of baby waking up throughout the night. I better enjoy the sleep because I (I should say WE since baby Daddy is up with me too....he's the greatest) need to gear up for when teeny weeny is born....so thats like a six month break.
Nine weeks left to train for Seattle half marathon. Last week I ended up walking all my training because I was a little wiped out. Plus we threw a yard sale in there this past weekend. It was alot of fun having a yard sale....I hadn't had one since I was like 10. We got rid of some extra stuff that we didn't need and made some dough that can go into the girls college funds. I think this week I am going to nap when P-nutt naps so I can have a little more energy for the runs.
I'm 16 weeks preggers already. Geeps...it really can fly when your having fun. I am feeling really good other then the little bouts of being tired here or there. Belly is growing but fortunately pants still fit just fine and blood pressure is behaving.
Today baby and I just stayed home and played and did a few errands. We're off to the park here shortly. Hope all is well with everyone and looking forward to seeing family and lil Cletus this weekend. Tomm is the first run of the week (going into week 18 OMG) so I will post how it all goes...I am back tracking a little and will be running 3/4/3/6 again since I only walked the distances last week. LOL

Race Report and Week #16
Ok I know I am not running the marathon but I am going to keep on with the schedule so that I can at least run the half. So we are in Week 16 (funny how teeny weeny and marathon training weeks are so close in number) and I am going to add some walking in along with the runs.
The 10k came and went so fast. The weather was just right at a nice 64 degrees and a little cloudy. I started out at a nice slow 11 min pace for the first three miles and was at 33 min at the 3 mile marker. It wasn't until after the first three that I started feeling a little like I had pushed a little too much. I ended up slowing down and I walked once towards the very end. To make a short race report shorter...I finished and I am not sure of my time. I think it was 1:18 but I need to find out for sure. I was sloooow and towards the end of the pack but I am ok with it. Maybe next year I can pick up the speed. I have been able to run into this pregnancy longer then the last and slow or not I at least put myself out there and finished the race. I am just so damn competitive and I really wanted to pick up the pace but my body and teeny weeny said otherwise. I would put some pictures of my finish up....but honestly I looked beet red and not so pretty! :)
I have to register for the Seattle half here this week. I know that if I ran the 10k in 1:18 that I am going to be slow for sure for the half....but once again I am ok with that. I will be 25 weeks so I probably will end up waddling and walking....but I'm going to do it!

36 Years, 16 months, and 15 weeks....
Thirty Six is a great age! I can't believe that I am the age my mother was when I was 18 years old. I couldn't imagine even just a wee bit having a teenager right now who had graduated from highschool and was going off to college. I know though too that my mom probably couldn't have imagined having another baby at 36 after raising the five of us. OMG woman! But we were half the size of my moms family......My Grandma had TEN children! She was an extraordinary woman.....and of course Catholic. Her 8 and 9th children were a set of twins for god sake...and my mums last two were twins.....thank god I dodged that bullet.
So we went camping and had a great time. The weather was fabulous and stayed nice and warm for us. We kept Miss Natalie snuggled up in some warm Jammy's and she slept soooo good. She is 16 months old and I am in awe of everything new that she does every single day. When we go anywhere she just stops and chats with people (in her own language of course) and when we go to the park she just loves running around with the other pee wees and even is going down the slide on her own. I know I know....every kid does it yaddda yaddda yaddda.....but even the smallest things are really special to me. I am truly lucky and blessed to be a "stay at home" mom. First off I still can't....CANNOT believe I am a Mommy. I know I should get a clue since Shelbz is 7 and P-nutt is almost a year and a half....but I am still settling into the shoes. I wasn't sure I would even have kids for quite some time. I lived a carefree life for over 30 plus years of my life and my only babies were 2 dogs and 2 cats. But falling in love with the only man that was meant for me made me change in so many ways.....and here we are.
15 and 1/7 weeks is how old teeny weeny is today. I swear I feel a little swishing around in there. I didn't feel P-nutt until 18 weeks but they say you can feel the next ones a little sooner. I was looking online earlier and baby is approx 4 inches long and 2 ounces (or about 10 cherry tomatoes....I weighed it out). I can't believe it. I had to go to the lab today to have my blood drawn for a battery of tests and I swear they took TEN tubes of blood. I have never had that much blood drawn at one time out of one arm....OWWW! And I swear I am not a wimp. I think by the end my vein was getting close to collapsing. I had to have some special tests run just to make sure all is well. BP was A+ at 112/70 so all is looking good there.
I ran three this morning and felt good. Tomm is the big 10k. Not going for a record....just gonna go and run and finish strong. Have a great weekend as usual. Race Report Lata! :)

Pitchin a Tent
Me and PeeNee and Teeny Weeny and Daddy are going camping today. We are looking forward to doing a little camping and enjoying the fresh air. I have 3 miles to run today and will be walking three more with P-nutt in the backpack. I always enjoy hiking around with Miss Natalie back there gabbing away at me. She has been so talkative lately.....and her vocabulary is really picking up. She is always making us laugh with some weird thing that she is up to. Will write more lata! Happy Monday!
Oh almost forgot at P-nutts 15 month appt she weighed the big 15lbs 12 oz and was 29 inches. That was up from 14lbs 14 oz and 27 inches at 12 months. She'll be like 4 before she's 20lbs and can face forward in her carseat...:)

Double Digit Midget
Almost! This morning I was up at 6:30 and out on the road.....Me and the teeny weeny ran SEVEN miles. Yep we did. I tried to run a course as close to Chelan as possible with hills thrown in here and there. I had to stop and walk twice for 10 minute stints.....but ran the rest. Honestly I felt really great so I should be good to go for the 10k.
This morning I was fortunate enough to see a beautiful buck at the end of our road when I started my run. The air was cool and fresh and I reflected back on my time here in Omak. This "tour" is almost over and we are soon going to be double digit midgets! It's an Army thang.....where if you are on a hardship tour you start counting down the days and when your down to 99 days ect....DDM. I remember when I was in S. Korea....they gave us a picture of the country with 365 little boxes to color in to count down the days.....I thought about making one of those of Omakavegas and coloring it in.
I have run all over this town.....up hills, down hills, around town, downtown, on the track, on dirt roads, on farm roads and I will miss the runs here. Especially when you get up in the AM and the sun is just rising everything here is so serene and quiet and beautiful. I have grown so much as a person here in this "really really" small town. I met some great people through work and school and I had my first "baby bean" here. I have run all the local road races that I could (Autumn Leaf, Chelan, Wenatchee, Leavenworth) and I learned the fine art of ordering running shoes over the internet. (got it down now).....I will miss this place for like ummm a minute....and then I will be supa hyped for our new house and look forward to all the new running routes and adventures.
Baby teeny weeny is now 14 and 2/7 days. I don't have a nickname right now except for teeny weeny.....but I'm sure I'll think of one! :) Wishing all a great weekend!

Running for TWO.....again!
I am so excited to say....we are pregnant! Little baby bean the second is growing and is now a healthy little fetus. I know I know.....all of you grandparents with all of your "when are you having another one" questions....we just had to wait and make sure all was well before sharing the news! I am so excited to be sharing this pregnancy with my bestest girl Chippa Jen....now little Cletus will have a cousin his age to noogey and put into a headlock! I also wanted to say congrats to Susan and her wee one on the way.
I have been running and feeling so good that I sometimes forget that I am actually preggers. It wasn't until a couple of weeks ago that I started feeling a little wiped and started walking more. I think it had to do with getting the house ready to sell and running after the p-nutt and then running period that had me so tired. But I feel better this week and am looking forward to logging in some more miles.
So.....goals have changed. Marathon is now on hold. I have decided that I am going to run the Seattle half marathon instead. I was thinking yesterday that when I was pregnant with p-nutt I ran the Leavenworth half marathon and was still training pretty heavily. I had to give up the running the first time due to blood pressure issues and I really hated that.....so this time around I am going to try and run as far into the pregnancy as possible. So far the BP's have been really good so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Chelan 10k is still a go! It's funny because the first time I ran it I was pregnant, second time I was 4 months out after my C-section and now....BINGO. Preggs again. I had envsioned running under an hour this time around.....but I think just finishing without stopping and at least beating my own times are good enough. I am looking forward to running that beautiful course again.
I am so looking forward to this fall and upcoming new year. We have so many wonderful things going on and I feel so blessed and lucky for all of it. I have two beautiful girls and I am married to my best friend.....who I must say is the best dad and is the sweetest man alive. I have a new nephew and new niece on the way in October and November and we are getting ready to move and move on into the next chapter of our lives. And.....We will be adding a new member to our family....so here we go again.....Running for Two!
OH god I'm going to need a double stroller!

We're FOR SALE!
I had an epiphany this morning while I was running up the hill. I realized that I have so many wonderful things going on in my life right now and I felt like I haven't been sharing much on the blog. Mostly because of the JJ Clinkenbeard thing. I know some of you are a little confused by who this person is....I am sorry about that.
The reason I really have been so tired these past two weeks is because we have been busting our butts to get our house ready to sell.....thats right WE ARE officially for SALE today! We have been tiling, painting, replacing faucets moving rock and like ten million other things. We are moving and I am so excited. So....I will divulge more details tomm. Portland here we come! :)

Awesome morning!!!
I got up and ran this morning.....and I felt fantastic. I started my run uphill and never looked back. The hill didn't bother me and I felt strong. I only ran 2.2 miles but it was a good start after a little run/walk hiatus. I am looking forward to Week 15. I think it really helped to read and see how everyone was progressing along to help get me going again. Thanks online running club! :)

Two weeks till Chelan 10k
I am so neglecting my blog....and week 14 has been mostly walking. I just have been so busy getting ready for school and work and running after P-nutt that I have been a little exhausted. I have tried to get out and about and have been mostly RUN/walking. Mostly walking late in the evening (only twice this week so far). I have it a little bit of a wall....and then today I realized my goal for the 10k. I just need to get the fire going under my butt again! I vow to get my booty out of bed tomm AM and get on the road....two weeks to get ready for Chelan! Jake has vowed to push me out of bed and even help me get my socks and shoes on. What a sweetie....how did I get so lucky! :)
So I know this is a short one....I promise to blab more about everything when I have a wee bit more time. LOL to everyone and have a wonderful weekend.
ADDENDUM: OK....I just read everyones blogs....and I now feel a little spark of motivation.
